In a bold, historic move, CVS/Caremark announced that they will stop selling tobacco products in their stores by October 2014. Our nation’s largest drugstore chain is setting an example for pharmacies across the country. CVS will also roll out a program this spring to help people quit smoking.
This is change to celebrate! The NPA is proud to be part of a broad coalition working to end smoking-related death and disease.
Please add your name to our letter thanking CVS!
This is a win-win move for America: pharmacies helping patients quit smoking. We need to show our support to encourage other corporations to follow suit.
