THE DOCTOR MORTGAGE:
In a formal alliance with the NPA, the Bank of America is offering special mortgage products and programs created for licensed medical physicians or medical residents who have or establish a checking account with Bank of America. This loan is ideal for clients who have limited savings or for those who prefer to keep their liquid assets in other investment vehicles.
Some of the benefits include mortgage products with:

- NO private mortgage insurance required (PMI)

The Family Physicians Inquiries Network (FPIN) is offering a discount to their new evidence-based newsletter for members of the National Physicians Alliance.
