Expenses: food provided, travel and accommodations provided as budget allows.

October 2007 

Present: Board of Directors and Committee Chairs
Location: Reston, VA
Expenses: food provided, travel and accommodations provided as budget allows.

March 15-17, 2008 (Annual Meeting)

Present: Board of Directors, Committee Chairs and Members, Council of Consumers
Location: New Orleans, LA
Expenses: registration fee waived, travel and accommodations provided as budget allows.

It is anticipated that committees will meet by conference call monthly as needed.  The date and time of calls shall be determined by the committee chair.

The Executive Committee will meet by conference call biweekly as needed.  The date and time of calls shall be determined by the President.
