Industry Opposition to a Ban is Strong

Legislation to ban the sale of prescribing data was enacted into law in New Hampshire. Legislation is currently pending in AZ, IL, KS, ME, MD, MA, NV (Assembly, Senate), NY , RI, TX, VT, WA, and WV.
