In the mood for ultimate bar food at home? Then consider whipping up a crazy delicious plate of Loaded Korean Kimchi Fries With Bibigo Bulgogi. This recipe is so easy, I'm not sure we should even call it a recipe because Bibigo has done all the work!
Bulgogi means Korean BBQ.
The flavors are generally a sweet and savory combination with soy sauce, sesame, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, pear puree, and about a dozen other ingredients. My homemade version even uses lemon-lime soda pop. The beauty of a purchased sauce is saving the time, energy, and cost of ingredients. I'll make the swap - as long as it's good!
Bibigo BBQ Marinade makes a delicious and easy Bulgogi.
Thinly slice and cube your choice of steak, then marinate in Bibigo BBQ for 30 minutes, or even better over-night. Then heat a frying pan or a wok on high, add some vegetable oil (and I also add a little sesame oil) then sear and stir fry the meat until it's crispy on the edges with a dark, caramelized, and sticky consistency. It's incredible.
I make a big batch of bulgogi and multi-purpose it.
Sometimes my meal planning isn't all that organized, but I'm usually thinking ahead about how I can use an ingredient down the road - it makes life simpler. Batch cooking is pretty handy. So, I'll make a large batch of bulgogi and separate it into different dishes. Here are some of my favorites:

Loaded Fries Ideas
Loaded fries are a repeated theme at our house. We'll do Poutine style with gravy and cheese, an American BBQ style with shredded bbq, or a Mexican take with taco meat and south of the border ingredients. It just depends on what's in the frig and the pantry and Korean ingredients are usually on hand! I have a few favorite Korean combos:
